At Daksheswar Event Management Private Limited, we strive to deliver exceptional event management services. To maintain transparency and ensure client satisfaction, we have outlined our Refund and Cancellation Policy as follows:

1. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and a signed agreement.
  • The advance payment is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

2. Cancellation by the Client

If a client wishes to cancel their booking, the following rules will apply:

30 days or more before the event date 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
15–29 days before the event date 25% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
Less than 15 days before the event date No refund will be provided.

3. Cancellation by Daksheswar Event Management

  • In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the booked services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:
    1. Offer a full refund of the amount paid by the client.
    2. Assist in rescheduling the event to a mutually convenient date at no extra cost.

4. Postponement or Rescheduling

(a) Client-Initiated Postponement:

  • Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 15 days before the event date.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

(b) Daksheswar-Initiated Postponement:

  • If we need to reschedule the event due to unavoidable reasons, the client will not incur any additional charges.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

6. No-Show Policy

  • If the client fails to show up or provide necessary access on the event date, no refunds will be issued.

7. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
  • In such cases, rescheduling will be offered, but refunds will not be guaranteed.

8. Customized Events or Non-Refundable Costs

  • Certain event services, such as destination bookings, decor customization, or entertainment artist bookings, may involve non-refundable costs. These will be clearly communicated during the booking process and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
